Wietze Kastelein

Wietze Kastelein (1960) studied Law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. He has been working as a lawyer at Dorhout since 1989 and became a partner in 1996. He completed the Company Law specialist course at the Grotius Academie, as well as the special Personal Injury course.

Wietze Kastelein conducts a Company Law practice. In addition, his activities include Company Law, Law of Contract, Liability Law and Bankruptcy Law.

In addition to handling issues entrepreneurs are regularly confronted with (such as breach of contract, unlawful acts, Labour Law and competition issues), he also deals with takeovers, the relaunching of companies and dissolutions (of companies). He frequently acts as a bankruptcy trustee.
