Koen Konings

Koen Konings (1978) was the first student in the Netherlands to complete the Law & ICT course. His thesis was on Privacy Law. He was sworn in as a lawyer in 2004 and has been working as a lawyer for Dorhout Advocaten since September 2006.

In addition to General Law of Contracts, he mainly specialises in Intellectual Property Law and ICT Law. His commitment to these two fields of law is evident, among other things, from the many positions he has held on boards and committees. He is currently an active member of the Jonge Balie and is also a board member of the Jonge Balie Groningen. He was also a member of the Jonge Balie conference committee, which organised the successful Jonge Balie Conference in 2006.
