Rates
Our basic hourly rate is € 285 excluding office expenses (6%) and VAT (21%). In addition, the hourly rate is determined on the basis of the next multiplication factors, based on experience of the lawyer:
- 0 – 3 years: factor 0,8
- 3 – 5 years: factor 1,0
- 5 – 8 years: factor 1,1
- 8 – 12 years factor 1,2
- 12 years +: factor 1,3
The rates of Dorhout Advocaten are subject to periodic increase. As of January 1, 2026, a factor of 8+ years of 1.3 will apply to new cases.
