Rates
Our basic hourly rate is € 285 excluding office expenses (6%) and VAT (21%). A different hourly rate/different multiplier may be agreed upon, depending on the financial interest involved in the matter, the status of the client (business/private individual) and/or the extent to which specialised knowledge must be used. Furthermore, the hourly rate is increased/decreased on the basis of the following multiplication factors, depending on the experience of the lawyer handling the matter:
- 0 – 3 years: factor 0,8
- 3 – 5 years: factor 1,0
- 5 – 8 years: factor 1,1
- 8 – 12 years factor 1,2
- 12 years +: factor 1,3
The rates of Dorhout Advocaten are subject to periodic increase.
